Senior Manager - HR Operations - BPO

Job Summary :

Lead end-to-end HR Operations with expertise in employee lifecycle management, HR compliance, HR analytics, process automation, and HR service delivery excellence. Experience with Darwinbox or similar HRMS platforms is preferred.

Key Responsibilities :

- Manage onboarding, confirmations, transfers, promotions, and exits.

- Manage employee records, documentation, and compliance requirements.

- Drive HR process automation and continuous improvement initiatives.

- Generate HR dashboards, MIS reports, and workforce analytics.

- Lead HR Operations teams and partner with business stakeholders.

- Ensure high-quality HR service delivery and governance.

Experience & Skills :

- 12 - 15 years of progressive experience in HR Operations.

- Strong experience in employee lifecycle management, HR shared services, compliance, and HR governance.

- Hands-on experience with HRMS platforms; Darwinbox experience preferred.

- Experience managing HR Operations teams and driving service delivery excellence.

- Strong knowledge of labor laws, statutory compliance, audits, and HR process governance.

- Advanced proficiency in HR analytics, MIS reporting, and process automation.

- Excellent stakeholder management, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
