
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle, including onboarding, documentation, employee support, performance management and offboarding.
- Own day-to-day HR Operations and ensure smooth execution of employee-related processes.
- Serve as a key point of contact for employees, addressing HR queries and employee relations matters.
- Manage employee documentation, personnel records, letters and other HR-related documentation.
- Maintain accurate employee information and manage HRIS data and records.
- Support onboarding and ensure a smooth new joiner experience.
- Coordinate employee exits, including exit documentation and related processes.
- Support performance management cycles and assist managers with documentation, PIPs and employee-related processes.
- Coordinate payroll inputs and support employee benefits administration.
- Manage leave records and support employee-related policy administration.
- Handle employee grievances and support resolution of workplace and people-related concerns.
- Drive employee engagement, culture-building initiatives, team events and employee experience programs.
- Manage internal HR communication and support the implementation of HR policies and processes.
- Support recruitment coordination, including interview scheduling, candidate communication, offer documentation and onboarding.
- Partner with managers and leadership on day-to-day people matters.
- Work closely with global stakeholders to ensure effective coordination and a consistent employee experience.
Required Experience:
- 7+ years of experience in HR Generalist, HR Operations or People Operations roles.
- Strong hands-on experience in HR Operations and end-to-end employee lifecycle management.
- Experience in employee onboarding, documentation, HRIS, employee records and offboarding.
- Good exposure to employee relations and grievance handling.
- Experience supporting performance management, payroll coordination and benefits administration.
- Ability to independently manage day-to-day HR activities and employee queries.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Good stakeholder-management and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive employee matters with discretion and professionalism.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
- Experience working with global stakeholders or teams would be an advantage.
- Comfortable working in an onsite environment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required - MBA or postgraduate qualification in HR preferred.
