Senior Manager - HR Operations

Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned HR leader to oversee and optimize end-to-end HR operations. The role requires strong expertise in HR service delivery, process transformation, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage HR operations including payroll, employee lifecycle, HRIS, and compliance

- Drive process standardization, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives

- Ensure adherence to statutory compliance and internal HR policies

- Partner with business leaders to align HR operations with organizational goals

- Manage and mentor a team of HR professionals

- Oversee HR audits, reporting, and analytics for decision-making

- Implement best practices in HR shared services and service delivery models

Key Skills & Qualifications:

- MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent

- Strong knowledge of HR operations, labor laws, and HR systems

- Experience in managing large teams and global stakeholders

- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
