Senior Manager - HR Operations
Hiring for HR OPs for Manesar Location (apply only if open to work from office- Manesar)

Main Task:
HR Operations and Compliance:
Payroll & Attendance Management:
- Oversee end-to-end payroll: accurate salary calculations, statutory deductions (taxes, PF, ESI, gratuity), and timely disbursement
- Monitor and resolve discrepancies in attendance & leave systems (biometric/HRIS)
- Ensure statutory filings & remittances: PF, ESI, Professional Tax (PT), Labor Welfare Fund (LWF), and compliance with labor law updates
HR Documentation & Record Keeping:
- Maintain up-to-date employee records (digital & physical): offer letters, contracts, promotions, appraisals, and exit documents
- Manage HRIS (e.g., SAP, Oracle) for data integrity, generate reports & dashboards
Compliance & Audits:
- Conduct internal HR audits and prepare for statutory inspections (Shops & Establishments Act, Factories Act, etc.)
- Liaise with legal advisors to mitigate compliance risks and ensure adherence to applicable labor laws"
HR Policies & Process Improvement:
Policy Formulation & Communication:
- Draft, review, and implement HR policies (Leave, Attendance, Code of Conduct, POSH) in alignment with regulatory changes and company strategy
- Communicate and educate employees on policies through updated handbooks, training sessions, and awareness drives
Process Automation & Digitization:
- Identify HR processes for automation and digitization (e.g., paperless onboarding, HR helpdesk)
- Develop and maintain HR analytics dashboards for real-time insights into workforce metrics (attrition, hiring costs, productivity)"
Compensation & Benefits:
Salary Structuring & Benchmarking:
- Design competitive salary structures by participating in industry surveys and conducting internal equity reviews
- Administer annual increments, performance-linked payouts, and incentive schemes
Benefits Administration:
- Manage employee benefits: health & life insurance, retirement plans, gratuity, wellness programs
- Address and resolve employee queries and claims regarding benefits"
HR Analytics & Reporting:
Data-Driven Decision Making:
- Ensure accuracy, completeness, and integrity of employee data in HRIS and related systems
- Develop and maintain a centralized HR data repository that integrates payroll, performance, attendance, and talent management metrics
- Regularly measure and report on key HR metrics, such as: Headcount & demographics, Absenteeism & overtime rates, Diversity & inclusion indicators
- Monitor trends, variances, and benchmarks against industry standards to identify improvement opportunities"
Special Requirement:
- Having experience of working as a overall Management of HR Operations and Compensation & Benefits for establishing the execution as per need
- Proficiency in HRIS (SAP HR, Oracle) and MS Office
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential matters with discretion
PERSON SPECIFICATION:
- Academic Qualification MBA in HR Professional Qualification HR Strategy Planning
- Desired Computer Skill: MS Office, SAP SuccessFactors Experience 8-12 years
Functional Skills:
- Strong HR strategy development and execution experience.
- Deep understanding of HR analytics and data-driven decision-making.
- Knowledge of Indian labor laws and HR compliance standards.
- Hands-on-experience with SuccessFactors. "
