Senior Manager - HR Digitisation

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

We are looking for a hands-on and forward-thinking HR Digitization Lead to own and drive the digital transformation of people processes across the employee lifecycle. This role will work directly with the Chief People Officer to implement and optimize technology solutions, automate workflows, and build HR systems that scale with Organization's rapid growth.

HR Technology Strategy:

- Lead the digitization roadmap across Talent Management, Onboarding, PMS, C&B, Employee Engagement, and HR Operations

- Continuously evaluate and recommend tools/platforms aligned to business needs (e.g., HRMS, LMS, feedback tools, analytics dashboards)

- Partner with the CPO to align HR tech strategy with long-term people vision

System Implementation & Optimization:

- Lead deployment, adoption, and governance of HR systems (e.g., Hono, Amber, Coursera, etc)

- Manage integrations with payroll, compliance, and attendance tools

- Streamline workflows using automation tools

User Experience & Process Design:

- Simplify employee and manager experience across platforms (self-serve, mobile-friendly, intuitive UI)

- Create SOPs, documentation, and onboarding guides for HR tech usage

- Improve turnaround time and visibility in employee services (e.g., onboarding, transfers, exits)

Data, Analytics, and Governance:

- Build HR dashboards and reporting frameworks (Attrition, Hiring, Performance, DEI, Learning)

- Ensure data security, compliance, and periodic audits

- Enable data-driven decisions through visualization tools

Change Management & Adoption:

- Drive change management efforts for adoption of new tools

- Conduct training and communication campaigns to build digital fluency across functions

- Serve as SPOC for vendor partners and internal stakeholders on tech performance

NON-NEGOTIABLE SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

- Working knowledge of HRMS platforms, automation tools, integrations

- Hands-on program management and on-ground implementation

- Designs with the user in mind

- Comfort with data, metrics, dashboards, and decision support

EDUCTION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: Experience - 8 to 12 years in HR - MBA in HR or equivalent. At least 2-4 years of experience in HR Digitization
