Job Description:
The role will focus on analyzing, redesigning, and digitizing HR processes to improve efficiency, enhance employee experience, and align with business goals. The ideal candidate will combine deep HR knowledge with strong expertise in digital tools, process optimization, and change management.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end transformation of HR processes through digital solutions (e.g., onboarding, payroll, performance management, talent acquisition, and learning).
- Analyze current HR workflows and identify opportunities for automation, simplification, and efficiency.
- Collaborate with IT, HR business partners, and external vendors to implement digital HR systems and tools (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, ServiceNow).
- Manage change initiatives and ensure smooth adoption of new digital processes across the organization.
- Define KPI's and measure the impact of HR transformation projects on performance, cost, and employee satisfaction.
- Drive user-centered design to improve the digital employee experience.
- Stay current with emerging HR technologies and best practices in digital transformation.
- Train HR teams on new systems, tools, and ways of working.
