Role Overview:
We are looking for a Senior HR Business Partner to drive talent strategies and employee engagement for our Sales and Marketing teams. You will partner with business leaders to ensure seamless HR processes, build a high-performing workforce, and foster a positive work culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with Sales & Marketing leaders on recruitment, onboarding, and employee life cycle management.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives, conduct touchpoints, and implement improvements based on feedback.
- Conduct exit interviews to minimize regrettable attrition.
- Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies for Sales & Marketing roles.
- Collaborate with L&D to identify training needs and enable effective development programs.
- Analyze HR metrics to provide actionable business insights.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.
- Mentor and support team members; identify and develop high-potential talent.
- Work closely with Talent Acquisition, Operations, and Legal teams for smooth HR operations.
Candidate Profile:
- 10-15 years of HR experience, preferably in Manufacturing.
- Strong expertise in Sales & Marketing recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management.
- Excellent understanding of HR policies, analytics, and compliance.
- Passionate about employee engagement and building positive work cultures.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- MBA (Full-time/Regular) with first-class marks.
