
- Collaborate with business leaders to align HR strategy with business objectives.
- Drive workforce planning, organization design, and capability building.
- Act as a trusted advisor to leadership on people-related decisions.
- Support transformation initiatives across business units.
- Support in bulk Sales and frontline workforce in collaboration with Sales State Heads
- Drive productivity, performance management, and retention strategies
- Understand ground-level challenges and recommend HR interventions
- Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution
- Drive engagement initiatives to improve morale and retention
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies
- Drive performance management systems (goal setting, reviews, appraisals)
- Partner with leadership on compensation benchmarking and revisions
- Ensure pay-for-performance culture across levels
- Identify capability gaps and design LCD interventions
- Drive leadership development programs and succession planning
- Build training frameworks for manufacturing and sales workforce
- Ensure smooth HR operations across locations
- Drive policy implementation, process standardization, and HR analytics
- Monitor HR metrics (attrition, hiring TAT, productivity, etc.)
- Ensure compliance with statutory and internal governance frameworks
- Strong generalist HR exposure across all HR functions
- Postgraduate - MBA (HRM) / MA (HRM)
- Fluency in Hindi (mandatory)
- Willingness to travel 5-10 days per month across India
