We are hiring for a Sr Manager HRBP and L&D for our client in Ecommerce industry.

A Senior Manager HRBP and L&D will be responsible for designing, implementing, and driving talent engagement and capability-building initiatives that strengthen employee skills, enhance leadership readiness, and support the organizations strategic priorities.

This role partners closely with business leaders, HR teams, and external learning partners to create a high-impact learning ecosystem.

Your day-today tasks will include:

HR Business Partnering-:

- Act as a strategic HR partner to business leaders, providing guidance on workforce planning, org design, performance management, employee engagement, and talent management.

- Drive performance management cycles, goal setting, reviews, and capability discussions with managers.

- Partner with leaders on succession planning, talent reviews, and leadership development initiatives.

- Support employee relations, manager coaching, and change management initiatives.

- Use people data and engagement survey insights to influence decision-making and improve people outcomes.

Learning & Development Lead:

- Program Manage - Capability Development charter from strategy to execution.

- Lead the annual Training Needs Identification exercise across categories, Understand business priorities, capability gaps, and future skill requirements to design relevant learning interventions.

- Develop and own the annual learning roadmap and calendar using blended learning programs (classroom, virtual, e- learning, on-the-job).

- Manage training nominations, registrations, attendance tracking, and communication with stakeholders and participants.

- Facilitate in-house workshops and coordinate with trainers, SMEs, and external partners.

- Develop and maintain learning dashboards to track participation, completion, feedback scores, and learning impact.

- Build manager & leadership capability through targeted interventions.

- Be Curious about industry best practices and learn usage of new tools and platforms for the organization.
