
We are hiring for a leading international BPM organization in the Insurance Domain.
We are looking for someone with more than 13 years of overall experience and 12 years of relevant experience in HRBP.
Key Responsibilities
- HR Business Effectiveness: Drive operational rigor across the Automation Team by planning, implementing, and monitoring key HR projects.
- Strategic Talent Management: Support implementation of strategic talent plans, including talent movement and development initiatives (L&D opportunities).
- People Plan: Provide insights and recommendations for holistic people plans covering talent management, leadership effectiveness, diversity & inclusion, and culture.
- Change Design & Orchestration: Lead change management strategies to adapt to evolving structures, cultural shifts, and business-specific programs.
- Leadership & Team Performance: Recommend inclusive leadership practices and implement interventions to enhance leadership and team effectiveness.
- Strategy Clarity & Alignment: Align people and organizational priorities with business strategy to drive decisions and achieve goals.
