
A large, reputed industrial organization is setting up a greenfield / large-scale infrastructure project and is looking for a strong HR Business Partner to lead end-to-end site HR & Industrial Relations.
This is a core HRBP role requiring excellent communication, presentation skills, and leadership presence - not an HR Ops-only or IT HR profile.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up HR systems & processes for a large industrial site
- Act as HRBP to site leadership, supporting daily operations & decision-making
- Manage Industrial Relations: unions, grievances, disciplinary actions
- Ensure 100% statutory & labor law compliance
- Handle payroll coordination, contract labor & workforce discipline
- Drive engagement, culture, ethics & site capability building
- Support greenfield / expansion initiatives (preferred)
Mandatory Candidate Profile (Non-Negotiable):
- 5-6 years total HR experience (not beyond 6 years)
- Minimum 2 years in Plant / Industrial HR & IR
- Manufacturing / Factory setup only (no IT / services)
- Strong HRBP exposure with senior stakeholder interaction
- Excellent communication & presentation skills
- Local language proficiency mandatory
- Candidates from Andhra Pradesh / South India only
- Background from reputed organizations preferred
