
Role Overview
The HR Business Partner will work closely with business leaders to understand talent priorities and drive people initiatives that support business goals. This role requires strong stakeholder management, hands-on HR execution, and a proactive mindset.
Key Responsibilities
1. Partner with business leaders to understand talent needs and translate them into actionable HR plans
2. Work closely with the Talent Acquisition team to drive hiring and ensure manpower requirements are met as per the Annual Operating Plan (AOP)
3. Own and drive the performance management process in collaboration with business teams
4. Oversee new employee induction and onboarding to ensure a smooth joining experience
5. Implement and drive HR programs, and act as a Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for critical HR processes where required
6. Ensure adherence to HR policies, processes, metrics, and timelines
7. Act as a trusted advisor for business managers and employees on organizational policies and HR-related matters
8. Drive employee engagement initiatives for the teams being supported
9. Handle employee relations, including addressing employee queries and managing grievances, if any.

Pedigree Candidates ( MBA - HR)
Looking 5+ years of experience in HRBP
