About the Role:

We are seeking a strategic and dynamic HR Business Partner (Senior Manager level) to support a high-growth, innovation-driven organization in the financial services and technology sector. Based in Bangalore, this role partners closely with business leaders to drive people strategy, enable talent development, and strengthen organizational effectiveness.

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned HR professional to contribute to a people-first culture while enabling business success in a fast-paced, global environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Partner with business leaders to design and execute HR strategies aligned with organizational objectives.

- Lead and support initiatives in areas such as workforce planning, talent management, leadership development, employee engagement, and organizational change.

- Provide thought leadership on HR best practices and employee relations, ensuring alignment with global HR policies.

- Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives to foster a high-performing and inclusive workplace.

- Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and insights for proactive decision-making and continuous improvement.

- Collaborate with Centers of Excellence across Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Compensation, and more to deliver impactful HR solutions.

- Coach and influence senior leaders to enhance leadership effectiveness and employee experience.

Qualifications:

- MBA in Human Resources or a related discipline from a reputed institute.

- 11-15 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 7 years in a business partnering role.

- Prior experience working in large-scale, matrixed organizations in the financial services, investment management, or technology sector.

- Strong business acumen with the ability to align HR strategies with business goals.

- Proven track record in driving cultural and organizational change.

- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.

- High level of integrity, resilience, and adaptability.
