Senior Manager - HR Business Partner CoE & HR Transformation

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive enterprise-wide HR programs across:

- Talent management

- Performance management

- Employee engagement

- Leadership development

- Organizational culture and effectiveness

- Partner with HR Business Partners and business leadership to implement scalable and high-impact people practices.

- Lead HR transformation initiatives using AI/GenAI, automation, and HR tech tools.

- Design and implement people analytics dashboards to enable data-driven decision-making.

- Identify opportunities to improve HR processes through digitization and automation.

- Manage cross-functional HR projects, ensuring timely execution, governance, and stakeholder alignment.

- Support organizational change initiatives and capability-building programs.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 6-12 years of experience in HRBP, HR CoE, Talent Management, or Organization Development roles.

- Strong exposure to fast-paced, high-growth environments (rapid-commerce, retail, e-commerce, or tech-driven organizations preferred).

- Hands-on experience in HR transformation programs.

Strong understanding of:

- People analytics & HR dashboards

- Performance and talent frameworks

- Employee experience strategies

- Exposure to AI/GenAI applications in HR or HR tech transformation is highly desirable.

- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and project management skills.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience working in scaling or digital-first organizations.

- Familiarity with HR tools, analytics platforms, or automation tools.

- Ability to translate business problems into HR solutions using data and technology.
