Key Responsibilities of an HRBP:

Strategic Alignment:


- Partnering with senior leadership to align HR strategies with overall business objectives.

Talent Management:

- Overseeing workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding, and talent development programs.

Employee Relations:

- Addressing employee relations issues, fostering a positive work environment, and promoting employee engagement.

Change Management:

HR Policy & Compliance:

Performance Management:

- Managing performance management processes, providing guidance on performance feedback, and implementing performance improvement plans.

Learning & Development:


- Identifying training needs, developing and implementing training programs, and supporting employee development.

Data Analysis & Reporting:

- Utilizing HR analytics to identify trends, make data-driven recommendations, and track HR metrics.

Consultation & Advice:

- Providing HR-related advice and guidance to line managers and employees.
