- Overseeing workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding, and talent development programs.
Employee Relations:
- Addressing employee relations issues, fostering a positive work environment, and promoting employee engagement.
Change Management:
- Supporting organizational change initiatives, helping employees adapt to new processes and technologies.
HR Policy & Compliance:
- Ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations, and mitigating HR-related risks.
Performance Management:
- Managing performance management processes, providing guidance on performance feedback, and implementing performance improvement plans.
Learning & Development:
- Identifying training needs, developing and implementing training programs, and supporting employee development.
Data Analysis & Reporting:
- Utilizing HR analytics to identify trends, make data-driven recommendations, and track HR metrics.
Consultation & Advice:
- Providing HR-related advice and guidance to line managers and employees.
