Our client is one of India's leading real estate organizations with a strong presence across premium commercial office spaces, retail destinations, and integrated developments. The organization is known for developing and managing high-quality commercial assets while delivering exceptional experiences to enterprise clients and retail brands.

As part of its continued growth, the organization is looking to hire a Manager/ Senior Manager - HR Business Partner & Talent Acquisition to partner with business leaders and drive strategic people initiatives across the commercial real estate business.

ROLE OVERVIEW:

The incumbent will play a strategic HR Business Partner role while leading end-to-end Talent Acquisition for assigned business verticals. This position requires close collaboration with senior business leaders to align people strategy with business objectives, drive organizational effectiveness, and build a high-performing workforce.

This is a business-facing HR role with significant exposure to leadership stakeholders and offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to organizational growth through strategic HR initiatives and talent management.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Strategic HR Business Partnering:

- Partner with Business Heads to understand business priorities and translate them into effective people strategies.

- Drive workforce planning, organization design, and manpower planning aligned with business goals.

- Act as a trusted advisor to leadership on HR-related matters.

- Provide strategic guidance on organizational effectiveness and talent decisions.

Talent Acquisition:

- Lead end-to-end recruitment for business and corporate functions.

- Develop hiring strategies aligned with business expansion plans.

- Partner with hiring managers to ensure timely and quality hiring.

- Manage candidate engagement, offer negotiations, and onboarding.

- Build strong talent pipelines for critical business roles.

Performance & Talent Management:

- Support performance management processes, including goal setting, reviews, and performance calibration.

- Identify high-potential talent and contribute to succession planning initiatives.

- Partner with business leaders on talent development and career progression discussions.

Employee Engagement & Culture:

- Design and execute employee engagement initiatives to strengthen organizational culture.

- Drive employee connect programs, recognition initiatives, and retention strategies.

- Support leadership in building a high-performance work environment.

Employee Relations:

- Manage employee grievances and provide timely HR interventions.

- Coach managers on people-related matters and policy interpretation.

- Ensure a positive employee experience across the employee lifecycle.

HR Analytics & Workforce Insights:

- Analyze HR metrics, including hiring, attrition, productivity, and engagement.

- Present actionable insights to business leaders to support decision-making.

- Maintain HR dashboards and support strategic workforce planning.

Change Management:

- Support organizational restructuring, business transformation, and change initiatives.

- Drive HR process improvements and adoption of best practices.

- Facilitate smooth implementation of new HR policies and programs.

DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE:

The ideal candidate should possess:

- 5+ years of progressive HR experience with strong exposure to both HR Business Partnering and Talent Acquisition.

- Experience partnering with business leaders on strategic HR initiatives.

- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.

- Exposure to workforce planning, organization development, employee engagement, and performance management.

- Demonstrated experience in end-to-end hiring for business-critical positions.

- Strong business acumen with the ability to align HR strategy with organizational objectives.

- Excellent communication, relationship management, and problem-solving capabilities.

PREFERRED INDUSTRY BACKGROUND:

Candidates from the following sectors will be preferred:

- Commercial Real Estate, Retail, Retail Malls, Office Leasing, Hospitality, Facility Management, Infrastructure, Large Corporate Organizations, Shared Services.
