Key Responsibilities - Understand client business strategy and translate it into actionable HR initiatives. - Enable clients to attract high-performing individuals, develop their skills and potential, and retain valuable employees - Improve the overall efficiency, productivity, and performance of the organization by optimizing its people practices while enabling a positive and engaging work environment that motivates employees, enhances their job satisfaction, and reduce turnover - Deliver strategic HR priorities within strict timelines with relevant attention to detail - Strong ability to work flexibly - managing changing and competing priorities and absorbing new information rapidly to address complex issues. - Manage conflict and sensitive issues to achieve positive outcomes - Exceptional attention to detail, passion for quality and accountability and a proactive approach to work - Excellent communication skills with ability to communicate with stakeholders, work closely in a collaborative team environment Experience and Skills: - 8-10 years' hands on experience as HRBP in Global Capability Centres / MNCs with the below Skills: - Enabling Employee Onboarding and Cultural Orientation - Facilitation and Administration of Performance Assessment Process - Enabling Talent Management and Talent Development Initiatives - Execution of Corporate Talent Assessment Programs - Administration of Diversity & Inclusion Programs - Drive Employee Relations and Compliance with Labour Laws including POSH Act - Designing and Execution of Employee Engagement Initiatives - Drive Employee Communication on all HR Matters
