Role: Senior Manager HRBP
Location: Bangalore
Reporting to: Director HR
Role Type: Individual Contributor
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with business leaders to design and deliver the people agenda, supporting talent attraction, development, and retention.
- Manage talent pipeline initiatives including internal mobility programs and campus hiring initiatives to strengthen the mid-management layer.
- Drive workforce engagement, diversity initiatives, and support organizational restructuring or change programs as required.
- Collaborate with HR COEs to execute core people processes such as hiring, onboarding, performance management, rewards, organization design, succession planning, compensation & benefits, and compliance.
- Build competency frameworks and enable capability development programs aligned with building a future-ready function.
- Design and deliver learning interventions to foster a strong learning culture within the business.
Preferred Candidate:
- Masters degree in HR or General Management.
- 8 to 10 years of relevant HR experience.
- Strong business acumen and understanding of strategic people processes.
- Experience partnering with senior leaders on people strategy.
- Strong analytical ability, communication skills, and collaborative mindset.
