About the Role:
We are hiring an experienced HR Business Partner (HRBP) for Indias No.1 Business School, located in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will act as a strategic partner to leadership teams, ensuring effective HR management, strong compliance, and excellent employee experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with business leaders to understand organizational goals and provide HR solutions.
- Drive end-to-end HR processes including performance management, talent management, and employee engagement.
- Ensure statutory and payroll compliance in line with organizational policies.
- Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary procedures.
- Contribute to HR strategy, policy formulation, and implementation.
- Support workforce planning, hiring alignment, and capability-building initiatives.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders to support smooth HR operations.
Requirements:
- MBA in Human Resources (Mandatory)
- Minimum 8 years of experience in HR Business Partnering
- Strong knowledge of Payroll & Statutory Compliance
- Excellent stakeholder management and people-handling skills
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
