About:
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the organization's overall objectives
- Create and update HR policies and procedures as and when required.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
- Oversee recruitment processes and assist with onboarding new hires.
- Assist in the development and implementation of onboarding programs for new employees.
- Stay up to date with local HR requirements and changes in local employment law.
- Collaborate with other departments and senior management, for example Legal, Compliance, Finance etc.
- Build relationships with local leadership and act as a trusted advisor.
- Assist in the management of regional employee relations, including addressing grievances and disciplinary actions.
- Act as a regional point of contact for queries relating to performance management, performance reviews, development plans etc.
- Promote employee engagement and foster a positive work culture.
- Provide input on global Learning and Development initiatives, with a focus on how best to implement in the region. Facilitate local sessions as needed.
- Some international travel required to attend company offsites and global HR strategy meetings.
- Regional payroll responsibilities as and when required.
- Ad-hoc projects as part of the global HR team.
