Senior Manager - HRBP

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead Employee engagement & communication with the team

- Employee Relations & Culture : Serve as a trusted advisor on employee relations, conflict resolution, and policy interpretation

- Optimize HR processes to enhance efficiency and employee experience

- Partner with senior leaders to develop and execute HR strategies that support business goals

- Translate business needs into actionable HR plans (workforce planning, succession strategies)

- Analyze HR metrics (turnover, engagement, productivity) to guide decision-making

- Performance & Organizational Effectiveness - Lead end-to-end performance management & Calibration. Guide managers on goal-setting, feedback, and performance improvement plans

- Conduct stay/exit interviews and implement retention strategies

- Support organizational design and change management initiatives

- Compliance & Risk Management - Ensure adherence to labor laws and company policies

Qualifications & Skills Required::

- MBA in HR with 10+ years of work experience as an HRBP

- Must be handling a Team Lead as an HRBP lead for at least 5 years

- Must have experience working in IT Services / Product Based organization

- Proven ability in Stakeholder management, Employee Engagement, Connects & Communications

- Proven ability in running PMS cycles & Calibration
