
JD: Manager HRBP
This is a full-time on-site Manager HRBP role, The HRBP will be responsible for managing HR policies, employee relations, labor and employment law compliance, and performance management.
Qualifications:
- Experience in HR Policies and Human Resources (HR)
- Strong knowledge of Employee Relations
- Familiarity with Labor and Employment Law
- Experience in Performance Management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team
- Relevant certification or degree in Human Resources or related field
- This involves working closely with senior leadership to develop and implement HR policies, manage talent, address employee relations, and drive organizational development.
- The HRBP also focuses on building a positive and engaged work environment to support the business's growth and success.
