The HR Business Partner (HRBP) will serve as a strategic advisor and consultant to business leaders, aligning HR strategies with business objectives. This role will be responsible for driving talent initiatives, enhancing organizational performance, supporting change management efforts, and fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with business leaders to understand and support strategic goals through HR initiatives.
- Lead talent management initiatives including performance reviews, succession planning, and development programs.
- Support workforce planning, organizational design, and change management activities.
- Serve as a trusted advisor on employee relations, conflict resolution, and HR policy interpretation.
- Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to influence decision-making and improve employee engagement.
- Collaborate with COEs (Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Compensation & Benefits) to implement programs effectively.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives and promote a culture of feedback and continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and ethical practices.
- Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, conducting effective investigations when necessary.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5-10 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in an HRBP
- Strong understanding of HR policies, labor laws, and HR best practices.
- Proven ability to influence and partner with senior leaders.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with HR systems (e.g., Workday.) is a plus.
