Description:
We are hiring a Senior Manager HR & Industrial Relations to lead the people function at a large infrastructure project.
This is a high-responsibility role involving end-to-end site HR management including HR governance, statutory compliance, IR handling, and workforce deployment across on-roll & contractual employees.
Key Responsibilities:
1. HR Strategy & Site Operations :
- Establish HR processes for a large industrial site
- Implement HR frameworks for onboarding, engagement, performance & exits
- Ensure seamless coordination between site teams, facilities & leadership
2. Industrial Relations & Compliance :
- Maintain a healthy IR environment
- Manage union/labor interactions when required
- Ensure full compliance with statutory & labor laws
- Handle grievances, inquiries & disciplinary actions
3. Workforce Management :
- Manage deployment of on-roll and contract manpower
- Ensure productivity, safety & workforce discipline
- Support leadership in daily site operations
4. Culture & Capability Development :
- Build a culture of ownership, accountability & collaboration
- Drive L&D initiatives based on site requirements
- Act as the custodian of values and workplace ethics
Ideal Profile:
MBA / PGDM in HR (full-time only)
5 - 7 years of experience in HR
Minimum 2+ years in Plant / Industrial HR / IR
Experience with large sites / factories / infra / power / data centre / EPC projects
Strong compliance & stakeholder management experience
Greenfield project experience is an advantage
