Role Purpose:

To drive capital raising and revenue growth by engaging directly with High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNIs) and Ultra-HNIs, offering tailored financial solutions, and building long-term advisory relationships based on trust and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

1. HNI Client Acquisition

- Identify, engage, and onboard High Net Worth Individuals (HNIs) and Ultra-HNIs

- Leverage personal networks, referrals, and industry connections

- Build a strong pipeline of prospective investors

2. Relationship Management & Investor Engagement

- Build and manage relationships with HNIs and Ultra-HNIs

- Understand client needs and deliver tailored investment solutions across AIFs, PMS, and debt products

- Drive engagement through regular interactions and portfolio discussions

- Manage the end-to-end client lifecycle from onboarding to ongoing relationship management

- Lead investor meetings, roadshows, and client events

- Resolve client queries and ensure a high-quality experience

3. Sales & Revenue Generation

- Drive capital inflows and achieve fundraising targets

- Lead end-to-end sales cycle: pitching, negotiation, and closure

- Maintain a strong conversion ratio through relationship-led selling

Key Skills & Competencies:

- Strong ability to build trust with affluent clients

- High level of financial acumen and product understanding

- Excellent communication, articulation, and presence

- Relationship-first mindset (not transactional selling)

- Strong networking and influencing skills

Qualifications & Experience:

- MBA / CFA preferred

- 6-12 years of experience in wealth management / private banking / AIF sales

- Proven track record of managing HNI / UHNI clients

- Existing client relationships or network is a strong advantage

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

- AUM raised from HNI/UHNI clients

- Number of new clients onboarded

- Client retention and repeat investments

- Revenue per client

- Quality of client relationships (depth, engagement)
