Job Title : Senior Manager - Hedging (Ferrous & Non-Ferrous Metals)

Job Role:

Hedging & Risk Management

1. Design and execute hedging strategies for ferrous and non-ferrous metals such as steel, aluminum, copper, zinc, nickel, lead, etc.

2. Manage exposure through futures, options, swaps, and structured products on exchanges like LME, MCX.

3. Track global metal markets, supply-demand fundamentals, and geopolitical developments.

4. Ensure compliance with internal risk policies, exchange regulations, and statutory norms.

5. Track and evaluate commodity markets to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks.

6. Execute trades across assigned commodities in strict adherence to internal policies and regulatory guidelines.

7. Oversee and optimize trading portfolios to ensure profitability and alignment with overall market and hedging strategies.

8. Prepare and present daily, weekly, and monthly reports covering market movements, trading performance, exposures, and strategic insights.

Educational Qualification & Work Experience:

1. PG / MBA / B.Tech / Graduate with 6-12+ years of hardcore hedging or metal trading experience.

2. Expertise in LME contracts, MCX metals, futures & options. Deep, hands-on hedging experience .

3. Analytical mindset with strong risk assessment capability

4. Strong Excel / trading systems proficiency
