Senior Manager/Head - Supply Chain & Warehousing - eCommerce/Fashion/Lifestyle

We are looking for an experienced Supply Chain & Warehousing Leader to oversee end-to-end warehousing, logistics, and 3PL operations for a fast-growing e-commerce business in the lifestyle/fashion segment. This role is ideal for someone who has deeply managed warehouse processes, scaled operations, and led cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead complete supply chain operations including warehousing, logistics, and dispatch.

- Manage on-ground warehouse operations, inventory accuracy, quality checks, WMS, and SLAs.

- Collaborate with 3PL partners for smooth inbound, outbound, transportation, and last-mile delivery.

- Oversee and guide the central control tower for daily monitoring, order flow, and issue resolution.

- Build, mentor, and lead large warehouse & supply chain teams.

- Drive operational efficiency, cost optimization, and inventory health across nodes.

- Work closely with brand, marketplace, merchandising, and operations teams for demand planning and fulfilment targets.

- Ensure compliance, safety, and best practices across warehousing processes.

Key Requirements:

- 15+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Warehousing, and Logistics.

- Strong experience managing large warehouses and working with 3PL partners.

- Proven team management experience-warehouse operations + central control tower.

- Hands-on experience in e-commerce supply chain operations.

- Exposure to Lifestyle / Fashion categories is an added advantage.

- Location - Bangalore (with travel to warehouses as required)
