Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy Development: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth in the mobility IoT domain.
- Customer Acquisition and Relationship Management: Identify, target, and establish relationships with key decision-makers within OEMs, fleet operators, and other stakeholders in the mobility and automotive industries.
- Market Expansion: Lead efforts to expand market presence by identifying new business opportunities and channels for growth.
- Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of sales professionals, fostering a high-performance culture and driving sales excellence.
- Sales Forecasting and Reporting: Monitor sales performance, provide accurate sales forecasts, and report progress to senior management.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with product, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure alignment in achieving company objectives.
- Negotiation and Deal Closure: Lead negotiations and close high-value deals with key clients and partners, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
- Client Retention and Upselling: Develop and implement strategies to maintain high customer retention rates and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in sales, with a strong focus on the IoT, technology, or mobility sectors.
- Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Leadership Skills: Experience in leading and managing a sales team with a track record of fostering a collaborative and results-driven culture.
- Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the mobility and automotive ecosystems, including key trends, technologies, and market dynamics.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex concepts clearly and persuasively.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Tools Proficiency: Proficiency in CRM tools such as Salesforce or Odoo, and familiarity with sales analytics tools.
- Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
