
Key Responsibilities:
Growth & Marketing Analytics:
- Develop analytics frameworks to measure and improve investor acquisition, activation, engagement, and conversion across digital journeys.
- Build campaign measurement, response analysis, attribution, and marketing ROI frameworks across digital and offline channels.
- Analyze website, mobile app, lead funnel, campaign, and customer journey data to identify conversion and engagement opportunities.
- Develop lead scoring, conversion propensity, next-best-campaign, and audience prioritization models.
- Support experimentation, A/B testing, personalization, and journey optimization initiatives.
Data Science & AI Solutions:
- Build predictive and machine learning models for acquisition, conversion, engagement, and campaign optimization.
- Partner with technology and data engineering teams to deploy scalable analytical solutions, dashboards, and decisioning frameworks.
- Monitor model performance, business outcomes, adoption, and continuous improvement opportunities.
Business Partnering & Executive Communication:
- Convert complex analytical outputs into clear, actionable growth insights for business stakeholders.
- Create high-quality PowerPoint presentations, executive summaries, business cases, and project updates for senior leadership.
- Present findings and recommendations to marketing, digital, product, and sales leadership teams.
Project, People & Vendor Management:
- Lead end-to-end delivery of growth analytics initiatives, from business problem framing through deployment and adoption.
- Coordinate proactively across business, technology, data, and vendor teams to close dependencies and ensure timely execution.
- Guide internal and vendor resources, review deliverables, ensure quality standards, and drive accountability for outcomes.
Qualification & Experience:
- Master's or Bachelors degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, Finance, Business Analytics, or a related quantitative discipline from a reputed institution.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in analytics, data science, machine learning, business intelligence, or a related domain.
- Demonstrated experience in independently driving cross-functional analytics or BI projects from requirement gathering to implementation and adoption.
- Strong project management skills, including planning, prioritization, milestone tracking, dependency management, risk tracking, and issue closure.
- Strong people management skills with ability to guide analysts, data scientists, BI developers, and vendor resources.
- Experience working with external vendors or vendor-payroll teams, including defining deliverables, reviewing quality, and ensuring timely execution.
- Excellent business communication, executive presentation, and PowerPoint skills, with ability to create CXO-ready presentations and business cases.
Required Technical & Functional Skills:
- Growth analytics, digital analytics, marketing analytics, attribution, funnel analytics, campaign measurement, and A/B testing.
- Python, SQL, machine learning, statistical modeling, data visualization, and dashboarding tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
- Understanding of customer acquisition, digital channels, campaign operations, audience segmentation, and conversion optimization.
- Strong PowerPoint, data storytelling, and executive communication skills.
Preferred Experience / Certifications:
- Experience in financial services, mutual funds, banking, insurance, fintech, or digital consumer businesses.
- Exposure to marketing automation, web analytics, app analytics, CDP, CRM, or cloud data platforms.
