Position Title: Senior Manager - Group Leadership Academy

Location: Pune

Job Purpose:

The role holder will be responsible for driving the Groups talent strategy, capability development frameworks, and high-impact development programs. This strategic role ensures alignment with the Groups long-term business goals by fostering a high-performance culture, building leadership capability, and ensuring a robust talent pipeline.

Principal Accountabilities:

- Leadership Capability Building: Designing and implementing leadership development interventions, managing external partners, and evaluating program effectiveness.

- Content Creation: Designing leadership journeys for senior management, using instructional design methodologies, and establishing content standards.

- Executive Coaching: Organizing and monitoring one-on-one executive coaching sessions.

- Organization Development: Designing organization-wide special development interventions and consulting with HR/L&D leads.

- Data Management & Program Logistics: Overseeing MIS, data reporting, and program logistics execution.
