Role Overview:

The Senior Manager Govt and TASC Business is responsible for driving sales and business development within the government and TASC (Telecom, Auto, Services, Consulting) sectors. This role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with key stakeholders, and managing the entire sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure. The Senior Manager will collaborate closely with internal teams, including product, marketing, and operations, to ensure successful implementation and ongoing client satisfaction. This role directly contributes to expanding our market share and revenue growth within these strategic sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for the government and TASC sectors, aligning with the company's overall business objectives.

- Identify and qualify new business opportunities within target government departments and TASC organizations, focusing on their specific needs and challenges.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within these sectors, establishing the company as a trusted partner.

- Lead the entire sales cycle, including lead generation, proposal development, negotiation, and contract closure, ensuring timely and successful outcomes.

- Collaborate with internal product and marketing teams to develop customized solutions and marketing materials tailored to the needs of government and TASC clients.

- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes, providing insights and recommendations to adapt the sales strategy accordingly.

- Achieve and exceed sales targets, contributing to the company's revenue growth and market share expansion.

- Prepare and present regular sales reports, providing updates on progress, challenges, and opportunities.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful B2B sales strategies, specifically within the government and/or TASC sectors.

- Proven track record of building and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers in large organizations.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively articulate complex solutions to diverse audiences.

- Strong understanding of the Fintech landscape, digital payment solutions, and the specific needs of government and TASC clients.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
