Senior Manager - Go To Market Strategy

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and implement end-to-end Go-To-Market frameworks to accelerate product adoption and market penetration for diverse client portfolios.

- Lead revenue planning and sales strategy initiatives by analyzing market trends and competitive landscapes to identify high-potential growth segments.

- Oversee pricing strategy development, ensuring alignment with value-based positioning and margin optimization objectives.

- Collaborate with product and marketing teams to refine product strategy and ensure seamless alignment between value propositions and customer needs.

- Drive business operations and sales operations improvements to enhance process efficiency and increase sales velocity.

- Utilize marketing analytics and market intelligence to provide actionable insights that inform long-term corporate strategy and investment decisions.

- Manage stakeholder relationships by presenting strategic recommendations to senior leadership and guiding cross-functional teams through complex implementation phases.

Required Skillset:

- Possess 8 - 12 years of professional experience in strategy consulting, business operations, or growth marketing roles, ideally within a high-growth or advisory environment.

- Demonstrate advanced proficiency in quantitative analysis and data modeling to derive insights from complex datasets and market intelligence.

- Exhibit strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence executive-level stakeholders and navigate complex organizational dynamics.

- Maintain a deep understanding of revenue management, sales funnel optimization, and the integration of product strategy with commercial goals.

- Hold an MBA or an equivalent advanced degree from a top-tier business school, reflecting a strong foundation in corporate strategy and management principles.

- Show high adaptability to a hybrid work environment in Bangalore, demonstrating the ability to lead remote and on-site teams with equal efficacy.

- Display a proven track record of managing large-scale projects that require cross-departmental collaboration and rigorous project management discipline.
