Senior Manager - Global Shared Services - AEC

Seeking an experienced leader with 15+ years of experience in Shared Services, Global Business Services (GBS), or Corporate Operations to drive and scale global finance and corporate services operations

The role will lead Finance Operations including Billing, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Payroll, Financial Controls, Cash Flow Monitoring, and Process Governance while partnering closely with US leadership teams.

Key responsibilities include :

- Managing and scaling global shared services operations

- Driving process standardization, automation, ERP enhancements & AI-led productivity initiatives

- Leading workforce strategy and corporate services expansion in India

- Partnering across Finance, HR, IT & Operations teams globally

- Ensuring compliance, operational excellence, KPI/SLA management & stakeholder reporting

- Building high-performing cross-functional teams and future leaders

Desired Experience:

- 15+ years of experience in Shared Services / GBS / Corporate Operations

- Strong experience managing global or cross-border teams

- Expertise in Finance Operations, Controls & Transformation

- Experience in automation, AI initiatives & operational scaling

- Strong executive presence and stakeholder management skills

- AEC industry experience preferred (not mandatory)

Shift Timings : 12:30 PM - 9:30 PM IST (overlap with US operations)
