We are hiring a strategic IT leader to head our global service delivery function. This role will drive seamless, secure, and efficient IT service operations-spanning infrastructure, applications, and support services-across global business units.
Key Responsibilities
- Define & execute global IT service delivery strategy aligned with business goals
- Lead distributed teams and ensure high-quality IT service.
- Drive SLA/KPI performance, reduce P1 incidents, and ensure ITIL/ISO compliance
- Champion service transformation, automation, and AI-driven support tools
- Manage global stakeholders and strategic service providers.
- Oversee IT risk, cyber security compliance, and business continuity planning
Ideal Candidate
- 13+ years in IT operations, service delivery & cyber security
- Proven experience in large-scale IT environment & vendor management
- ITIL v4 certified; knowledge of ISO 20000/27001 preferred
- Strong in cloud, digital workplace, ITSM tools.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
