About the Role:

We are looking for a seasoned and strategic Senior Manager - HR Operations to lead our global people operations function. This role will be responsible for building, scaling, and strengthening HR operations across regions, ensuring efficient systems, strong compliance, and an exceptional employee experience.

This is a high-impact leadership role for someone who combines operational excellence, global HR expertise, and people-first thinking.

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership & Strategy:

- Lead and mentor the global Talent / People Operations team

- Partner with the VP of Talent and regional leaders to execute scalable HR ops strategies

- Translate HR strategy into standardized, efficient operational frameworks

- Drive automation, process improvement, and operational excellence

HR Operations & Systems:

- Own end-to-end employee lifecycle operations - onboarding to exits

- Manage HR systems including HRIS (HiBob preferred), payroll, benefits, and Microsoft 365 integrations

- Ensure data accuracy across HR, Finance, IT, and Legal systems

- Manage HR vendors (payroll, insurance, systems)

Compliance & Policy Governance:

- Ensure compliance with employment laws across India, Singapore, UK, and other regions

- Review, update, and govern HR policies across geographies

- Support audits, visa processes, and statutory reporting

People Analytics & Workforce Planning:

- Own HR reporting, dashboards, and analytics

- Track headcount, attrition, hiring trends, and engagement metrics

- Partner with TA and Finance on workforce planning and budgeting

Employee Experience & Engagement:

- Ensure seamless employee experiences across the lifecycle

- Support performance management cycles, engagement initiatives, and HR programs

- Drive operational improvements that enhance employee satisfaction

Projects & Continuous Improvement:

- Lead HR transformation initiatives including system migrations and policy harmonization

- Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and scale HR operations

- Champion data-driven decision-making within HR

What We're Looking For?

- 10+ years of HR Operations experience with 3+ years in a leadership role

- Proven experience managing multi-country / global HR operations

- Strong knowledge of employment laws, HRIS, compliance frameworks

- Experience in Overseas Education / EdTech / Tech / SaaS preferred

- Exposure to Microsoft 365, HR analytics, and HR transformations
