- As the Global HR Business Partner (Senior Manager), you will partner closely with senior leadership across multiple regions to align HR strategies with business objectives. - You will drive organizational effectiveness, talent management, leadership development, and workforce planning in a way that supports the company's ambitious global roadmap. This is a high-impact, strategic role suited for someone who thrives in a matrixed, dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities: - Strategic Business Partnering - Serve as a trusted advisor to senior business leaders globally. - Drive strategic HR initiatives that align with business goals and global expansion plans. - Translate organizational priorities into people strategies and action plans. - Organizational Design & Change Management - Support org structure evolution for scale and agility. - Lead change management efforts for global org-wide initiatives (e.g., integrations, new market entry, operating model redesigns). - Talent Management - Partner with the Talent COE to lead annual talent reviews, succession planning, and high-potential identification. - Coach leaders on talent development, retention, and career progression strategies. - Culture & Employee Experience - Champion DEI initiatives and foster a globally inclusive culture. - Help create a high-performance environment through feedback culture, recognition programs, and engagement strategies. - Performance & Workforce Planning - Support the implementation of global performance management processes and tools. - Collaborate with Finance and Workforce Planning teams to align talent supply with business demand. - HR Analytics & Insights - Use data to drive decisions, identify trends, and proactively address people risks. - Provide actionable insights through people metrics, engagement surveys, and attrition analysis. - Global Compliance & Policy - Partner with Legal and regional HR teams to ensure compliance with labor laws across geographies. - Help standardize global policies while accommodating regional nuances. Qualifications: - 10+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in an HRBP capacity supporting global teams. - Prior experience in a high-growth SaaS or tech environment is strongly preferred. - Proven experience supporting executive-level stakeholders across functions (e.g., Product, Sales, Engineering). - Strong understanding of global employment practices, particularly in the US, EMEA, and APAC. - Excellent influencing, coaching, and stakeholder management skills. - Ability to navigate ambiguity and lead through change. - Experience with modern HR systems (e.g., Workday, HiBob, CultureAmp, Lattice). - Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Psychology or related field; Master's or MBA is a plus.
