Position Summary:

- We are seeking a strategic, globally minded, and data-driven Senior Manager - Global Employee Experience to design and lead the employee experience strategy across India, the Philippines, and the United States.

- This role will establish and lead the Employee Experience Center of Excellence (COE) at IT By Design, responsible for shaping how employees experience work across the organization-from onboarding and growth to engagement, recognition, wellbeing, and advocacy.

- The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking, strong analytical capability, and program leadership to translate employee feedback and data into meaningful actions that improve engagement, retention, culture, and organizational effectiveness.

- This leader will own the company's employee listening strategy, including Employee Net Promoter Score (eNPS), engagement surveys, pulse surveys, and Great Place to Work programs, and partner closely with leadership to build a high-performing, inclusive, and people-centric culture.

- This is a highly visible role requiring the ability to influence leadership, scale global programs, and build a modern employee experience framework that supports ITBD's continued growth.

Key Responsibilities & Qualifications:

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership & Employee Experience COE:

- Establish and lead the Employee Experience Center of Excellence (COE) at IT By Design.

- Develop and execute a global employee experience strategy aligned with business goals and organizational priorities.

- Partner with senior leadership to strengthen culture, engagement, and organizational effectiveness.

- Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership on employee sentiment, engagement risks, and culture transformation opportunities.

- Lead employee experience initiatives across India, the Philippines, and the United States.

Employee Lifecycle Experience Design:

- Design and continuously improve the end-to-end employee journey, including onboarding, development, recognition, mobility, and exit experiences.

- Identify moments that matter in the employee lifecycle and design programs that elevate employee satisfaction and engagement.

- Partner with HR teams to ensure a consistent and meaningful experience across all stages of the employee lifecycle.

Employee Listening, Insights & Analytics:

- Own and evolve the company's employee listening strategy, including engagement surveys, pulse surveys, lifecycle surveys, and feedback platforms.

- Lead the organization's participation and improvement strategy for Great Place to Work certification.

- Drive the company's Employee Net Promoter Score (eNPS) framework and engagement measurement model.

- Build employee experience dashboards and analytics frameworks to monitor engagement, retention, satisfaction, and culture health.

- Translate employee data into clear insights and actionable recommendations for leadership.

Continuous Listening & Employee Insights:

- Build and implement a continuous employee listening ecosystem, including pulse surveys, focus groups, feedback forums, and listening sessions.

- Analyse sentiment trends and provide leadership with proactive insights to address engagement risks.

- Ensure employee feedback is translated into visible actions and improvements across the organization.

Engagement Programs & Global Initiatives:

- Design and scale enterprise-level engagement initiatives and culture programs.

- Develop recognition and rewards frameworks aligned with company values and performance.

- Lead global engagement initiatives such as town halls, leadership forums, culture campaigns, and employee celebrations.

- Manage program budgets, vendor partnerships, and engagement platforms.

Manager Effectiveness & Leadership Enablement:

- Partner with leadership and Learning & Development teams to strengthen manager capability and leadership behaviors that drive team engagement.

- Support leaders in understanding employee insights and implementing targeted engagement actions.

- Promote leadership practices that build psychological safety, trust, and high-performing teams.

Employee Advocacy & Employer Brand:

- Strengthen employee advocacy and pride in the workplace through engagement, storytelling, and recognition programs.

- Partner with HR and Talent Acquisition to enhance employer brand perception and employee referrals.

- Support initiatives that position IT By Design as a great place to work across global locations.

Communication & Change Management:

- Partner with Internal Communications to ensure clear, transparent, and authentic communication across the organization.

- Support leadership during organizational change and transformation initiatives.

- Strengthen two-way communication channels between employees and leadership.

Team & Stakeholder Leadership:

- Build and lead a high-performing Employee Experience team (3-4 members).

- Mentor and develop team members responsible for engagement programs, insights, and experience initiatives.

- Collaborate with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, and leadership teams.

- Influence cross-functional stakeholders to embed employee experience thinking into business decision-making.

Required Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Organizational Development, or related field.

- Master's degree or HR certifications (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) preferred.

- 10-14 years of progressive HR experience, with significant focus on employee experience, engagement, culture, or HR transformation.

- Proven experience designing and leading enterprise-level engagement or employee experience initiatives.

- Experience supporting multi-region organizations (India, Philippines, and US preferred).

- Strong expertise in employee surveys, people analytics, and engagement measurement frameworks.

- Demonstrated ability to influence senior leadership and drive culture initiatives.

- Improvement in key engagement survey dimensions such as leadership trust, recognition, growth opportunities, and belonging.

- Establishment of a scalable Employee Experience COE framework.

- Creation of data dashboards and insights for leadership decision-making.

- Increased employee advocacy indicators such as referrals and participation in engagement programs.

- Reduction in regrettable attrition in critical roles.

- Improvement in manager effectiveness and team engagement scores.
