
Role Summary:
This role is responsible for leading the interpretation, prioritisation, and operationalisation of identity risk and access visibility surfaced by the Organizations ISPM system. The Senior Manager will independently own the end-to-end identity risk triage process turning complex findings into authoritative risk decisions, enterprise-scale playbooks, and measurable remediation outcomes. This is a senior individual contributor role requiring deep identity security expertise and the ability to drive strategic programme influence across IAM, Cloud Security, and GRC without direct team management.
Core Responsibilities :
- Independently own and drive the triage of identity and entitlement data surfaced by the organization's ISPM system.
- Apply senior-level judgement to classify findings and own prioritisation decisions based on risk impact, blast radius, and business alignment.
- Independently assess and determine justification for access, mapping findings to real attack paths and threat patterns.
- Translate graph-based insights into authoritative risk narratives for technical teams and executive stakeholders including CISO, CIO, CTO, and CRO.
- Serve as the senior point of accountability for remediation progress across IAM, Cloud Security, Application Owners, and GRC.
- Design, own, and continuously improve playbooks and enterprise programme standards.
- Act as the definitive internal authority on ISPM for the Cybersecurity function.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 8+ years of experience in IAM, cloud security, identity governance, or related security analytics.
- Demonstrated ability to independently own complex risk decisions and drive enterprise remediation programmes.
- Strong executive communication skills - able to translate highly technical identity risk into board-level narratives.
- Proven track record of building, owning, and maturing enterprise-scale security programmes and playbooks.
