Role Overview:

Seeking a Senior Manager - Gifting & HoReCa to lead and grow the luxury experience and gifting vertical. This is a high-ownership role for someone with deep exposure to luxury lifestyle products, a strong network in hospitality and corporate gifting ecosystems, and a passion for curating meaningful, sustainable, and nature-inspired experiences.

The ideal candidate will bring a keen sense of aesthetics, strong commercial acumen, and the ability to build long-term relationships with decision-makers at 5-star hotels, premium corporates, distributors, and gifting aggregators.

Key Responsibilities:

Luxury Gifting & Curated Hampers:

- Develop a curated portfolio of luxury hampers for festivals, weddings, and corporate occasions.

- Source and onboard premium, artisanal brands aligned with TGL's sustainability and empowerment values.

- Build relationships with corporate clients, gifting aggregators, and distributors to drive B2B sales.

- Ensure timely planning, pricing, packaging, and delivery across all channels.

HoReCa - Hospitality & Experience Curation:

- Collaborate with luxury hotels and resorts to integrate TGL tea and coffee into guest experiences, such as afternoon teas, in-room service, and F&B menus.

- Manage ongoing hotel relationships and customize brand experiences for each property.

- Design and execute in-hotel activations, collaborations, and co-branded experiences.

Strategic Partnerships & Vendor Ecosystem:

- Leverage previous experience working with corporate vendors, gifting solution providers, and distribution partners.

- Build a robust partner ecosystem with suppliers, packaging vendors, and delivery partners to ensure scale and consistency.

- Drive pricing and margin optimization while maintaining luxury standards.

Digital Identity & Channel Development:

- Develop a digital-first presence for the luxury gifting vertical in collaboration with the marketing team.

- Launch curated collections and exclusive digital campaigns around key occasions.

Candidate Profile:

- 8-10 years of experience in the luxury, hospitality, or corporate gifting space.

- Proven exposure to corporate gifting aggregators, vendors, or distributor networks in premium segments.

- Strong track record of dealing with CXOs, procurement heads, hotel GMs or F&B directors.

- Entrepreneurial thinker with the ability to work across product, partnerships, and execution.

- Deep understanding of premium consumer behavior and luxury aesthetics.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

- Well-connected within the luxury lifestyle, hospitality, or premium gifting circles.

- Strong execution focus with ability to scale experiences from concept to delivery.
