Role Overview

We are looking for Senior Managers in AI & Generative AI Strategy to lead enterprise-scale transformation programs for global clients. In this role, you will shape AI and GenAI strategy, drive innovation, and guide organizations in building scalable, responsible, and value-driven AI capabilities.

You will work closely with C-level stakeholders, industry leaders, and technology teams to design, pilot, and scale AI/GenAI solutions that deliver measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

AI & GenAI Strategy

- Design and drive enterprise-wide AI & Generative AI strategies

- Identify and prioritize high-impact AI use cases aligned to business goals

- Build AI-led transformation roadmaps and value realization frameworks

Business Transformation & Advisory

- Conduct AI opportunity assessments and business case development

- Lead client workshops, discovery sessions, and strategy engagements

- Benchmark AI maturity and recommend industry-leading solutions and frameworks

Solution Design & Innovation

- Guide design of AI/GenAI solutions, POCs, and scalable architectures

- Evaluate AI platforms and tools across Azure, AWS, Google, OpenAI, Bedrock, etc.

- Drive adoption of Agentic AI, advanced analytics, NLP, and cognitive solutions

Responsible AI & Governance

- Define Responsible AI frameworks, governance models, and ethical guidelines

- Ensure solutions align with regulatory, security, and enterprise architecture standards

Leadership & Delivery

- Lead cross-functional teams across strategy, data science, and engineering

- Mentor teams and build AI consulting capabilities

- Drive proposal development, business growth, and client engagement

Required Skills & Experience

Core Requirements

- 14 to 20 years of overall experience with 7 to 10 years in strategy consulting

- Experience in Data & AI transformation / AI strategy consulting

- Proven experience designing and deploying Enterprise AI / GenAI solutions

AI & GenAI Expertise

Strong understanding of:

- Machine Learning, NLP, Deep Learning

- Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, Agentic AI

Experience with platforms such as:

- Azure AI, AWS AI/Bedrock, Google Vertex AI, OpenAI, IBM Watson, DataRobot

Consulting & Leadership

- Experience in C-level stakeholder management

- Strong problem-solving, storytelling, and presentation skills

- Experience in team leadership and large program delivery

Technology & Architecture

Good understanding of:

- Enterprise Architecture

- Data supply chain and analytics ecosystems

- Cloud, digital, and emerging technology trends

Preferred Qualifications

- MBA from Tier 1 institute (IIM/ISB or equivalent)

- Strong understanding of Financial Services / BFSI industry

- Certifications in Cloud AI platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP)
