Senior Manager/General Manager - Strategic Partnerships

Responsibilities:

Build & Drive Strategic Partnership Conversations:

- Identify, build & maintain key partner relationships across ecosystem and drive coherent synergies between both the partners

- Identify new strategic and tactical opportunities within the partnership ecosystem and drive growth by analyzing past trends in the data.

- Connect the Dots: Research and identify partners who resonate with Cos vision and mission.

- Dream Up Campaigns: Collaboratively design and execute engaging campaigns with partners.

- Win-Win Negotiations: Lead negotiations that create win-win partnerships.

- Mastermind Solutions: Craft creative solutions to partnership challenges.

- Synergy in Teams: Collaborate seamlessly with marketing, product, and content teams

Conceptualizing and Executing Campaigns:

- Campaign implementation: Work closely with cross-functional teams to plan, execute and analyze partner campaigns.

- Test and optimize: Conduct experiments to grow campaign traffic and conversion; innovate and test new creative ideas or new channels to engage customers; be able to implement data insight to future operations

- Process/Program Management : End to end process/program management of strategic partnerships, by liaising with key stakeholders internally and leading the execution to completion

- Manage all digital campaigns, from ideation to media planning, creative communication and in-depth analysis of performance to drive optimization.

- Establishing the most impactful communication channels by identifying the right mix of comm timings, personas, copies to nudge a user towards conversion.

Driving Product Led User Growth:

- Ideating and creating product levers that can drive scaled user growth via external partnerships, while thinking outside-in perspective of driving convenience for users

- Creating business sizing for each product initiative and driving the alignment with all concerned stakeholders to bring it to reality

Performance Analysis and Suggesting Way Forward:

- Exploration and fact-finding - Identifying business/campaign RCAs, framing problem statements, generating hypotheses, analyzing data to back it up, and determining the action items with key metrics

- Communicating progress of actions on key strategic priorities with senior stakeholders including functional heads and CXOs

Desired Skills:

- Must Have - Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics or related technical degree; MBA in Strategy/Marketing/Analytics/IT preferred. 4-6 years of relevant work experience

- Experience with creating and optimizing multiple campaigns simultaneously. Strong growth mindset to stay and grow on on the right track

- Are structured, resourceful, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and thrive in ambiguity. Demonstrate intensive problem solving attitude to any bottlenecks stemming on a day to day basis

- Demonstrated ability to work in a rigorous fast-paced environment with competing priorities and communicating with multiple stakeholders including senior leaders

- Understand tech and product building (would be an added advantage)

- Knowledge of Analytics, Attribution and Planning tools

- Strong marketing mindset with problem solving skills. Ability to hustle and get things done in minimum time frames

- Ability to establish strong client relationship and get things done quickly
