Job Description: Sr. Manager, General Manager - Residential Sales (Dubai Properties)
Location: Bangalore & Hyderabad
Experience- 7-10 Years

Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development:
- Drive end-to-end sales for Dubai residential projects across Bangalore & Hyderabad.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets.
- Build strong relationships with HNIs, NRIs, corporate clients, and channel partners.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and identify new business opportunities.
- Organize and lead property events, roadshows, and investor seminars.
Client Relationship Management:
- Manage lead conversion cycles from inquiry to closure with high service standards.
- Provide expert guidance on Dubai real estate regulations, project details, ROI, and investment benefits.
- Maintain strong post-sales relationships to encourage referrals and repeat business.
Team Leadership:
- Lead, motivate, and manage city-level sales teams.
- Train team members on product knowledge, Dubai real estate market, and sales techniques.
- Monitor KPIs and ensure high levels of team productivity and sales discipline.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Coordinate with marketing teams for campaign planning and lead generation.
- Liaise with Dubai developers for inventory updates, pricing, promotional offers, and client visits.
- Ensure smooth backend support for documentation and compliance.
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Strong knowledge of Dubai residential property market and international real estate sales.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proven track record of closing high-value sales with NRI clients.
- Leadership abilities with experience in managing multi-city sales teams.
- Ability to work in a target-driven, performance-oriented environment.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and customer focus.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 7-15+ years of experience in real estate sales, including at least 3-5 years in international property sales (Dubai preferred).
- Experience working with top developers and channel networks.
- Strong network of HNIs, NRIs, and investors is highly desirable.

- Sales revenue and conversion ratios
- Team productivity and performance
- Client satisfaction & referral business
- Channel partner engagement and activation
- Achievement of monthly/quarterly targets
