Responsibilities:

- We are looking for a detail-oriented Fund Accountant to join our private equity team.

- The role involves managing the full cycle of fund accounting operations, including calculation of NAV, partner capital allocations, investor reporting, and financial statement preparation.

- The ideal candidate will ensure timely month-end and quarter-end closings and maintain accurate fund records in accordance with applicable accounting standards.

- Key responsibilities also include handling capital calls and distributions, preparing investor capital account statements, and coordinating with auditors and third-party administrators.

- A solid understanding of private equity structures and regulatory compliance is essential.

Requirements:

- 5 years of fund accounting experience, preferably in private equity

- Strong knowledge of NAV, investor allocations, and financial reporting

- Proficiency in Excel and fund accounting systems
