Senior Manager - Fulfillment Center Inbound & Supply Chain Management

Description:

As a (Senior) Manager Fulfillment Center (FC) Inbound and Supply Chain Management, you will be responsible for leading inbound logistics, capacity planning, and supply chain optimization to ensure timely availability of products, operational accuracy, and vendor satisfaction.

You will collaborate cross-functionally across planning, procurement, logistics, and business operations to ensure our fulfillment centers operate efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

- Work backwards from customer and vendor needs to shorten lead times, reduce rejections, and enhance vendor experience.

- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure customer in-stock levels and vendor performance goals are met.

- Use data-driven analysis to identify priorities and deliver measurable business outcomes.

- Conduct root cause analysis for operational issues and design sustainable solutions.

- Lead inbound and capacity forecasting processes to support business growth.

- Develop processes and controls to monitor and continuously improve forecasting, inbound, and fulfillment systems.

Qualifications & Experience:

- 10+ years of experience in Demand Forecasting, Procurement, Inventory Management, or Supply Chain Operations.

- Proven ability to partner across teams and drive business results.

- Excellent communication and influencing skills with strong attention to detail.

- Advanced proficiency in Excel; experience with SQL or data analytics tools preferred.

- Demonstrated ownership and drive for operational excellence.

- Experience in e-commerce, retail, or 3PL environments is strongly preferred.

- Multilingual capability (English + another language) is a plus.
