Senior Manager : Financial Reporting 1. Job Summary : - The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing Financial reporting and audits, monthly MIS, end to end accounting. Must be comfortable handling fast paced growth, acting as a business partner and providing regular and accurate financial reporting. You will be part of the Central Finance Function and you will report to the GM Finance. 2. Roles & Responsibilities : Revenue tracking on a regular basis and reporting the same within the timelines specified. Owning the revenue to receivables process. Timely invoicing, monthly revenue closing,. Support in Management Reporting. Delivering timely MIS report to enable the management and various business units to understand the financial performance of the Company as well as the business units across the globe. Compliance as per the revenue reporting standards and ensuring Audits are done as per the requirements of local laws and filing of the financial statements etc. - Developing monthly MIS reports for measuring the financial metrices. - Ensuring grant accounting - Advising on Accruals for all expense heads - Ensuring compliance of all statutory payments within timelines - Ensuring preparation and submission of GST, TDS returns accurately and with Timeliness - Ensuring smooth conduct of statutory audit and internal audits - Review of monthly P&L and Balance sheets with VP Finance - Detailed tracking of all Trade Receivables - Timely Payment of all AP heads - Physical stock count as per the corporate guidelines - Developing SOPs for finance related processes - Monthly cash and BRS review - Monthly GL review and reconciliation - Initiate, review and accept international transactions - Month end closing entries and processes for AP/GL/FA - Preparation of BS Schedules and review - Working Capital reports - Supporting the VP Finance and support functions with critical finance related KPIs - Controlling the cycle count processing after due verification and approvals - Working with the Team in the preparation of the Annual Business Plan- 3. Key Performance Indicators : - Timely preparation of Financial statements and review with the management teams - Timely submission of tax returns (direct and indirect) - No non-compliance of statutory dues - On time and accurate reporting of all finance and business metrices - Timely closure of Audits / DD / Investor's requirement 4. Qualifications : CA Qualification 5. Work Experience : - 6-10 years of working experience in Financial reporting - Experience in Agri Sector is an add-on - Working experience on Microsoft Dynamics (Navision) is a plus 6. Knowledge & Skills : - Ability to systematically process, measure and verify financial and accounting information - Ability to analyse financial details and do value addition to business. - Ability to prepare a detailed statement of financial results that are expected for a given time period in the future.
