SENIOR MANAGER - FINANCIAL REPORTING, Mumbai

ABOUT THE ROLE:

You'll lead a portfolio of assurance and advisory engagements, managing high-impact projects in IFRS, US GAAP and Ind AS conversions, IPO preparedness and financial reporting advisory. You'll own engagement planning, delivery, economics and client relationships whilst developing junior team members and contributing to firm thought leadership.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Handle and manage a portfolio of assurance clients

- Lead accounting advisory projects (IFRS/US GAAP/Ind AS conversions, GAAP conversions, IPO readiness)

- Own engagement planning, budgeting, delivery and profitability

- Supervise projects, develop solutions and manage team execution

- Identify and develop business opportunities across service lines

- Coach and develop junior team members

- Contribute to thought leadership publications

PROFESSIONAL PROFILE:

- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)

- 8 - 11 years post-qualification experience

- Demonstrated expertise in US GAAP/IFRS conversion engagements

- Additional qualifications (CPA, ACCA, post-graduation in accounting) advantageous

- Strong project and team management capability

- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite

- Flexible to travel
