Key Responsibilities:

- Strategic Business Finance Leadership: Lead the FP&A function for assigned business units, providing strategic insights and financial guidance to senior leadership. Partner with business heads to align financial plans with organizational goals.

- Financial Planning, Budgeting & Forecasting: Own the annual budgeting process and rolling forecasts. Drive long range planning and scenario modelling to support strategic initiatives and business growth.

- Performance Management & Business Reviews: Lead monthly and quarterly business reviews with leadership. Analyse key performance indicators (KPIs), identify trends, and recommend actionable insights to improve financial outcomes.

- Revenue Assurance & Commercial Finance: Oversee revenue recognition, client billing, and pricing strategies. Collaborate with commercial and delivery teams to ensure profitability and compliance with contractual terms.

- Cost Optimization & Margin Improvement: Drive cost efficiency programs across business units. Partner with operations to identify margin improvement opportunities and track benefit realization.

- Financial Modelling & Decision Support: Build and maintain complex financial models to evaluate business cases, investments, and strategic initiatives. Provide data driven recommendations to support executive decisions.

- Cross Functional Collaboration: Act as a finance business partner to operations, sales, HR, IT, Admin and Compliance Team. Influence cross functional initiatives with financial insights and risk assessments.

- Process Excellence & Automation: Lead initiatives to enhance FP&A processes through automation, tools, and best practices. Champion continuous improvement and standardization across reporting and analytics.

- Team Leadership & Development: Mentor and guide a team of analysts and foster a high performance culture focused on collaboration, accountability, and innovation.

- Ad Hoc & Executive Reporting: Deliver high impact presentations and reports for executive leadership, board meetings, and investor discussions. Support M&A, due diligence, and other strategic projects as needed.
