Senior Manager - Financial Planning & Analysis - Family Office

Summary :

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Senior Manager - Finance to lead our core financial functions, with a focus on account finalization, audit coordination, FP&A, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate will have experience in automation initiatives, be hands-on with SAP, and possess strong business acumen to deliver insightful, well-structured reports. This role requires team leadership capabilities and a track record of driving operational efficiency within finance teams.

KRAs :

- Lead the finalization of accounts and manage statutory, internal, and tax audit processes.

- Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and regulatory frameworks.

- Manage and optimize financial operations using SAP.

- Drive automation and digitization initiatives across finance functions to improve accuracy and efficiency.

- Prepare and present financial plans, forecasts, and performance reports with clear business insights and KPIs.

- Create crisp, management-level presentations and reports in PowerPoint and Word, highlighting key business drivers and financial performance.

- Supervise and mentor a finance team of 2-4 members, ensuring timely delivery of financial tasks and reporting.

- Partner with leadership and cross-functional teams on budgeting, cost control, and business planning.
