Key Responsibilities :

- Lead financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and management reporting processes.

- Analyze business performance and provide actionable insights to support growth and profitability.

- Drive reporting automation and process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

- Partner closely with academic, operational, and business teams to strengthen financial planning and decision support.

- Prepare strategic financial analyses, leadership presentations, and business review reports.

- Support key finance transformation and strategic initiatives across the organization.

Desired Profile:

- Chartered Accountant (CA) with 57 years of relevant FP&A experience.

- Prior experience in the Education, EdTech, Coaching, or Learning Services industry preferred.

- Strong expertise in SAP, Advanced Excel, Financial Modeling, and PowerPoint.

- Excellent analytical, communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

- Ability to translate financial data into meaningful business insights and recommendations.
